If you are not satisfied with your window tint at the time of pickup, we offer an immediate remove-and-refund option. This means that if you don’t like the way the tint looks or feels when you come to collect your vehicle, we will remove the tint on the spot and provide a full refund right away.
Once you accept the vehicle and take it after pickup, the tint is considered installed and final. At that point, warranty options become available instead of refunds. Warranty coverage applies to issues such as peeling, bubbling, fading, or other defects as outlined in your specific warranty package.
After your tint is installed, it’s normal to see small bubbles or a slightly hazy look. This is just the moisture trapped under the film, and it will clear up on its own as the tint dries.
Drying time depends on the weather:
Warm weather: about 3–7 days
Cold or humid weather: 7–14 days
Some thicker films can take up to 2–3 weeks
During this time, you may notice water spots or bubbles, but this is completely normal and not a sign of a bad installation.
If you ever see the bubbles getting bigger or the edges lifting, feel free to reach out—otherwise, just give it time and it will settle perfectly.
Those tiny dots you’re seeing are small water bubbles, and they’re completely normal right after a tint installation. When the film is applied, a little moisture gets trapped underneath. As the tint dries, that moisture evaporates through the film, and the dots disappear on their own.
No need to worry — they are not defects.
They’re just part of the normal curing process and will clear up as the tint settles over the next few days to weeks, depending on weather.
If you ever notice the dots getting larger or the edges lifting, let us know — otherwise, everything is right on track.
